PCYC’s Non-Profit CRM
If you’re a non-profit in Canberra, this may be relevant to you!
While we focus mainly on App development, occasionally other interesting projects pop up for us. One of these was setting up a CRM (Contact Relationship Management) system for the PCYC, after developing a mobile app for them.
The CRM helps to manage all of the PCYC’s interactions with their clients, customers, donations, event management (online paid registration for fundraising events, for example), as well as automated email reminders and capturing paper forms in a searchable, reportable format. The setup was tailored to PCYC’s needs/existing systems, and working closely with them has ensured a product that will be adopted with ease. Policy is only useful if it’s implementation is easy to follow!
We’re happy that we’ve helped a great organisation reach a greater efficiency in delivering their services to Canberra’s Youth.
